Cleanliness
Ourselves. Our trucks. Our shops. Our website. Our parts rooms. Our warehouses. Everything.
Competency
Always be learning. Growing. Improving. Making a difference. How can you get better, more productive?
Compensation
Pay more. Offer better benefits. Get quality people that require less supervision and bring their perspective.
Cultivation
Bring others up. Train our replacements. Cross train. If we don’t make sure others we work with have the best chance for success then we hinder our future. We are only as strong as our weakest teammates.
Collaboration
Work together, with each other, help each other to be better personally and professionally. Put yourself in the others shoes before criticizing. “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.”
